PEOPLE ARE WATCHING

Image
Recalling one event and observing my child growing up, my mind expands in this subject that I’m laying out for our interpretation. One day as a young boy, I got interested in theatre. Some friends called me to play in one of their events. They gave me my part. I have learned it; I’ve played it in front of the mirror and finally performed it. I’ve even played in front of my family members. They were all so touched that they’ve decided to take the time to come to the event. They have even managed to have some front seats. The glorious moment arrived, and I made my way to the stage. But there, standing, my feet trembled, my hands were shaking, I had difficulties in breathing, Fear took all over me at the first sight of those  eyes from the crowd staring at me . One day, already grown up as I was entering the room I ‘ve stepped on a banana peel and fell flat on my back at the same time my trousers betrayed me with a huge opening in front so that my underwear was brought to my colleagues’

KILLING GODS

I’ve become a father few months ago. As the months pass and my son becomes active, I too became an active parent. With my child going around all over the places and trying to put everything in his mouth I’m supposed to be the vigilant agent. My son crawls so fast that I have to jump to catch him on time before he falls. He stands on his own by grabbing anything available. Sometimes even my own bears pay the price of a ladder. As I watch my son moves and me being in his ways the title of this article struck me. For those of you who have babies or have seen babies growing up, you will agree with me that babies have no fear at all. They do not know neither care about obstacles. They only know and see what they want to take. If my son sees something on the sofa that he wants to take. He run and jump to take it, no mater what stands on his way. He might fell down if I fail to catch him. He will cry and I’d be consoling him but soon after the pain passed, my boy is back to his initia

Some ideas when they come to you there´s a spontaneous need to take times to think them over and over again. But the more you think about them the more you come to the conclusion that the best way to put them is still how they came to you in the first place. The title seems so crazy that even the police might come after me if they do not take the time to read te article thoroughly.   Well, because of the title I might have amongst my readers some policemen or some sort cyber intelligent, so before chasing after me read a bit, you might have to go after yourself first.      The other day after a long day of work I got home so tired that I have to take a bath before sitting down with my little son. We sat down and play for a while until he was tired and fell asleep. I put him down to his bed and came back to the living room. I turned down the light a little bit, and sat comfortably in the sofa with the remote in my hands. It was the time to put in a nice movie. After zapping for a

FIRST LOVE AGAIN

Image
I would like to know why… Few years ago, I’ve found love, something very special that changed me completely. My walk, the tone of my voice, my smile changed. Everybody could see, feel or hear it from any distance. I even set a special ringtone for her on my phone, anytime she called I was in ecstasy. The smile was larger than my mouth. The light of God was blooming out me. My friends could tell who was calling by just looking at my face. They were telling me that my life has changed, that I’ve changed. I started to go to church more. I’ve become very grateful to GOD for this miracle of my life. In church I sang with my whole heart. Was I singing to GOD or to her standing next to me? It seemed that my heart that was in my body but wasn’t functioning at all before I met her. Since the day I’ve met her, I’ve become aware of my heart. I’ve started to notice my own smell. Brushing my teeth, combing my hair even putting on a shirt became ceremonies. IT seems that I wanted to count all

THE LOAN OF TIME

A young man about twenty years old who has been through a lot of hardships went to the park to make a point of his life. He was sitting on the bench thinking and reviewing all the wrong of things of his life. His father was recently laid of and his mother wasn’t working because she was taking care of them. Now the government assistance was quite low for them to live as before. On top of that he has been sick since his childhood and the doctors couldn’t figure out what he has. He can’t do much sport so he has few extra weights not that much but he considers himself obese. So, there he was, sitting, reliving what he called dramatic life and was wondered if God has singled his family out because of what who knows who of his relatives has done before his time. As he was lost in his thoughts an old man appeared standing in front him. As soon as he saw the man, he jumped out of his day nightmare and make space for the man to sit down. The old man thanked him dearly and arranged a place

TAKE THE HIGHWAY TOO

I have had my driving license for more than a decade now but for different reasons I haven‘t been driving. Few months ago, live circumstances forced me to, so I have started driving once again. As you all could guessed, decade of non-driving has its effects on me. I have been shaky, afraid, and not sure on many different things on the road. And of course, some inpatients drivers do not hesitate to honk me reminding of my inadequacy whenever I’m going to slow according to their standards or making some errors on the road. Now that I’m almost back to normal driving, my body get relaxed, so did eyes too. I can see the surrounding of the road, or detect a possible error from the GPS. As my body get relaxed my mind became active. Today as I was driving, I was able to notice the multiple cars in front of me and even those ones my side. The cars had the same direction but not same destinations. They were mostly different. For sure some cars were the same models but most of the cars were dif

TO BE A PREDATOR OR TO BE A PREY?

Earl Nightingale got me quite interested in his audio cassettes. In his cassette self-esteem and courage, he narrates this short story: There’s a story about a man hunting tigers in India, who was suddenly surprised by a huge Bengal tiger—it was almost on top of him. The man raised his rifle and fired, but he overshot and missed. The tiger, frightened by the man and thrown off stride by the noise of the gun, leaped toward the hunter. But the leap was too wide, and he missed his prey… The story does not end here but we’ll get to it very soon. He got me thinking about the ways we approach life circumstances and the consequent results. I remember back in the days in my adolescent life in Africa, precisely in Ivory Coast. I was living with my uncle in a small building of 3 floors. My auntie was into any kind of small business in order to improve the family incomes. So, in that house we were selling all sort of juices, cakes, ice and more. We were living at the second floor. Right a
